This attachment works with your Weston Manual Cuber Tenderizer Models 07-3101-W-A & 07-4101-W-A to easily slice through meats and create 15 even, thinly sliced strips that are ready for marinating and drying. The stainless steel construction with 32 blades is up to slicing meats up to 11/4″ thick, allowing you to make jerky with whatever type of game or cut of meat you desire.
