In their latest imaginative haze, they’ve come up with a way to zest citrus fruits and retrieve maximum zest in the process.

Use the Handi-Zest Citrus Zester’s razor-sharp etched stainless steel blades to grate lemon and lime peel and then, when you’re done, use the in-built wiper to retrieve as much zest as possible, sliding it along the length of the blade to the hole at the end of the zester, where it can be easily retrieved. It also includes a protective sheathe for safe-keeping.
