The Flat Plate features heating sensors that are embedded in the surface to reduce the time it takes for pre-heating and allow for faster cooking time. The Cast aluminum Flat Plate will heat rapidly and consistently. The Quantaniumâ„¢ non-stick finish will make clean up a breeze while allowing you to cook with less oil making for a healthier meal.
When you open the Smart Grill (flat) and place the Flat Plate on top it, you will double the cooking surface of the Smart Grill. The versatile plate is perfect for cooking pancakes, eggs, and vegetables.
